TY Beanie Boos - Waddles - Penguin is the cutest stuffed animal you are going to find! I have one at home and love it! It's fur is soft and the penguin is very durable. It's a lot of fun because it's small which makes it easier for you to do things with it and play with it. I don't really think that it's educational, it is a stuffed animal after all. That isn't the point of Waddles though, so don't let that stop you from buying this cuddly plush buddy. Overall I give this penguin five stars because it is fun, durable, and adorable.
